SiteInSight has a dedication to the nonprofit sector. Owner Alice Hohl worked in nonprofit public relations and online communication for several years in Columbus, and used the opportunity to hone her knowledge of the best online tools that save money, use less staff time and provide nonprofit discounts. SiteInSight has completed the following online projects to provide nonprofit web help in Columbus Ohio:
Columbus Children’s Choir (The Columbus Children’s Choir website needed an update to reflect their dynamic and expanding role in community music. We also helped with Google Map troubles and general advice on labor-saving technology in their office.)
OhioSIBS (This organization for adult siblings of people with developmental disabilities required assistance in centralizing ownership of their domains, and a gentle hand in guiding the design process among a large group of volunteer leaders that changed over time.)
Grange Insurance Audubon Center (The nature center downtown has a website built on the Drupal platform, which is tricky to manage for non-techy people. We help them update their homepage, add new pages for programs, and edit their homepage slideshow to feature upcoming events and projects.)
St. John the Baptist Church (built website and provides ongoing support to post weekly bulletins and special events, provides analysis of web traffic monthly.)
Dublin Women’s Club (assisting the group with navigating and using their existing website, creating an email newsletter integrated with the site, helping move contact email addresses and update events)
Columbus Italian Festival (built website with heavy involvement from volunteers, teaching volunteers how to make changes and updates)
St. Johns Episcopal Church (built website, provides ongoing assistance posting new events, announcements, etc. Accommodates near-constant new information from staff and volunteers to be added to site, oversees online submission of news, provides analysis of web traffic monthly)
Ohio Grantmakers Forum (provided support in making structural changes and addition of content to existing WordPress site for large annual event)
Northwest Kiwanis (built website, provide ongoing support and training for members to post their own news, integrated Google Calendar to display on website, created email newsletter and automated newsletter to publish blog articles)
Clearview Grace Church (Consulting on search engine optimization and helping them make the most of their existing WordPress site by training staff to make changes.)
The Leave No Child Inside Central Ohio Collaborative (Web site design, online forms, content creation and posting of submitted content, email newsletter integrated with blog, online Toolkit.)
Camp Fire Central Ohio (Web site updates, web site design assistance, custom graphics, consulting on navigation, complex online forms including camp registration, search engine optimization, online advertising)
Williams Road Freewill Baptist Church (Web site redesign to reflect a more contemporary look for a younger congregation and to accentuate outreach into the community and provide space to feature programs and books written by Pastor Nettleton.)
Kiwanis Corporate Regatta (Designed a new site to create a landing page and associated pages for sponsors, leaders and guests of the Columbus Corporate Regatta at the Columbus Metropolitan Library. Includes a sponsorship form that accepts donations, large and small.)
