Tracking analytics is all well and good, but what if the data is too hard to understand or you can’t figure out what to do with the information?
At SiteInSight, we pride ourselves on providing data in a format that is easy to understand (we build a custom report for each client) and we take the time to walk each client through their report after a month or two, so they understand what they are reading.
Maintenance & Security Report
On your monthly report, you’ll clearly see that we’ve updated your website and its associated tools to their latest versions. You’ll also see the results of our daily security scans. While you might never see an attack or confirmed malware, you will see “vulnerabilities,” which occur when a website tool hasn’t released an updated version to match a known threat. Usually these updates are released regularly, but if there is an ongoing vulnerability, we may suggest an alternative tool that is more secure.
Analytics Report
If you have marketing or sales goals associated with your website, and you want your website to bring you more customers or sales or visibility, it’s very important to know all about your website traffic. We install the latest version of Google Analytics on every website we complete. Digging into Google Analytics can be quite intimidating. That’s why we recommend our analytics service. We will create a custom dashboard for you that highlights only the data you want to see.
