The investment you have made in building and promoting your website is significant. An attack or technical problem can wipe out that investment in moments. Malware and old technology will also cause your site to be demoted in search results. Regular backups, software updates and security for your site are available on a month-to-month basis. Just as completing scheduled maintenance on your car does not guarantee you won’t have a major repair or car accident, our maintenance package does not guarantee your website won’t be compromised or won’t degrade over time. In fact, it certainly will degrade over time, and no website is impervious to attack. However, basic maintenance will prevent many problems, and increase the “uptime” of your website.

Hardware Problems (Printers, etc.)

We are not an IT company, so we do not offer or include technical support for email, laptops, computers or printing. If you do require help with anything beyond the design and development of your site, we’ll be happy to refer you to a trusted partner.

Website Hosting

SiteInSight offers website hosting in conjunction with our maintenance, security and backup services. Call or email for our current pricing. By hosting with SiteInSight, you’ll have all of your assets managed under one roof. No more worrying about which accounts to renew or where to find the password. We handle it for you.

Website Hosting Terms of Service

Payment is due 30 days from issuance of invoice. If payment is not made on time, SiteInSight will grant a reasonable time to correct the non-payment. If the customer still fails to provide payment, SiteInSight will cancel the hosting, which will result in the website ceasing to function. The customer acknowledges that SiteInSight exercises no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content of information passing through SiteInSight’s host computers, network hubs and points of presence or the Internet. SiteInSight does not make any warranties that service will be uninterrupted or error-free. SiteInSight DOES guarantee services will be provided in a manner consistent with industry standards and at the same level provided to other SiteInSight customers.

In no event will SiteInSight’s liability in connection with the services, whether caused by failure to deliver, non-performance defects or breach of warranty, exceed the aggregate service fees paid by the customer to SiteInSight during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability.
